We are now looking for a Recruitment Partner with strong industrial, manufacturing or production recruitment experience (agency or in-house) to take ownership of hiring across our fast-paced factory and production environments.
The Role
As our Recruitment Partner – Industrial & Manufacturing, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of high-volume roles across our national manufacturing sites, including:
- Production & machine operatives
- Assemblers & fabricators
- Warehouse & logistics teams
- Quality, technical and support roles
- Supervisors and shift leadership roles
You will work closely with factory managers, HR and operational leaders to deliver effective hiring solutions, improve attraction methods, and build strong talent pipelines that keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume industrial and manufacturing roles
- Build talent pipelines for current and future production and warehouse staffing needs
- Run creative attraction campaigns using job boards, social media and proactive sourcing
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast requirements and improve hiring processes
- Conduct screening, interviewing and selection with pace and professionalism
- Track recruitment data and support continuous improvement across our talent function
- Positively represent Anglian's employer brand during a period of major investment
About You
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing or production recruitment
- Background from either a recruitment agency or in-house high-volume team
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies at pace
- Strong direct sourcing skills (Boolean search, CV databases, social media)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with passion for delivering results
