We are currently looking for an experienced Flow Team Leader to join our Manufacturing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance across designated production cells, ensuring we consistently deliver against our Safety, People, Quality, Volume and Cost (SPQVC) objectives.

Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, with a secondary reporting line to the Head of Production, you will play a critical role in embedding Lean manufacturing principles, engaging and developing teams, and supporting the delivery of factory targets.

As a Flow Team Leader, you will provide strong, visible leadership across your production area, guiding Cell Leaders, Setters and Operators to achieve operational excellence. You will champion a proactive safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.

You will lead by example, creating an engaged and motivated workforce while supporting the wider manufacturing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and promote a proactive safety culture with zero tolerance for non-compliance.
  • Carry out regular safety walks and ensure risk assessments are reviewed and updated.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses promptly and thoroughly.
  • Drive correct PPE usage.
