About the Role

We are looking for an organised, reliable, and proactive Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, working at pace, and supporting colleagues to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Manage inboxes, calls, and incoming queries
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and spreadsheets
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Book meetings, schedule appointments, and support diary management
  • Update internal systems and ensure information is up to date
  • Assist with organising team activities, projects, and processes
