We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing to lead the finance function within our manufacturing operations. This is a leadership role responsible for financial control, team management, and driving robust processes to support operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the monthly management accounts process
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Manage and develop the Manufacturing Finance Team
- Maintain strong balance sheet control and financial governance
- Partner closely with operational leadership to support performance
- Develop and track KPIs across manufacturing operations
- Drive improvements in financial controls, processes, and reporting
- Collaborate with data teams to enhance business insight

- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Proven leadership experience within manufacturing finance
- Strong expertise in financial controls, reporting, and accounting principles
