About the role We are currently recruiting a Foiling Operator to join our Manufacturing team.
This role is responsible for the setup, operation, and day-to-day running of foiling machines, supporting the smooth flow of materials through the foiling area while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
This is a hands-on operational role with no people or budget management responsibilities, ideal for someone with manufacturing or production experience who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities As a Foiling Operator, your duties will include but are not limited to: Setting up and operating foiling machines and associated ancillary equipment Producing foiled products in line with the production plan Recording machine outputs using SIC and OEE documentation and procedures Carrying out quality checks to ensure finished goods meet required standards and defects are minimised Accurately recording quality performance and checks Disposing of rejects in accordance with company procedures Supporting the movement of materials and finished goods to and from the foiling area Assisting with empty stillages, mounting stillages onto wheels, and material flow through the foiling machines Supporting in-feed and off-load areas as required to reduce ...
