We are currently looking for an experienced Flow Team Leader to join our night shift Manufacturing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance across designated production cells, ensuring we consistently deliver against our Safety, People, Quality, Volume and Cost (SPQVC) objectives.
Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, with a secondary reporting line to the Head of Production.
