We are seeking a motivated and numerate Finance Graduate to join our Group Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core finance functions while studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACA). You will support day-to-day finance operations and contribute to ad-hoc projects, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily finance processes and month-end activities
  • Support financial reporting and analysis
  • Contribute to finance transformation and improvement projects
  • Collaborate with wider finance teams across the business
  • Learn and apply best practices in financial control and compliance

Candidate Requirements

  • 2:1 degree in a relevant subject or Level 4 AAT qualification
  • 3 A*-C A-Levels (or equivalent)
  • GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
