The Role We re looking for an experienced, accurate and detail-focused CAD Technician to join our design team at our Norwich head office. In this role, you ll produce high-quality technical drawings for bespoke, high-end residential projects. This will include preparing drawings for Local Authorities, utility companies, structural engineers and Building Control, while ensuring every design reflects surveying details and remains within manufacturing parameters. You ll work closely with Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Operations colleagues and management teams to resolve technical queries, keep work progressing and deliver drawings to demanding deadlines. This is an office-based position at our Norwich head office. Key Responsibilities Produce accurate AutoCAD drawings from surveying details and in line with manufacturing parameters.
