We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Manager to join our HR team on an interim 6–9-month contract, with part-time options considered, supporting a complex, unionised manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will help shape and deliver the industrial relations agenda for the Norwich-based xxuwjjq Manufacturing Division.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders.
