Are you an experienced Window and Door Engineer who takes pride in their work? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service? Are you someone who wants to get the job done right, first time every time? Do you have previous experience of uPVC installation and maintenance?
Our Window and Door Engineers are essential to efficiently and effectively assist our customers with any product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. We will provide all the tools and equipment that you will need to carry out this role including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools. This role is based from our depot at Bar Hill, covering the surrounding area.
Your duties will include:
- Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards
- To demonstrate and explain correct product care to customers
- Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer
- Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, 'Right First Time' approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments
- Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device
You will need:
- Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment
- Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field based role
- A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week
- Good time management skills
- Good communication skills
- A full driving license
