The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operator to support our hardworking & friendly production team based in Norwich. You will be an integral part of our production team, producing high-quality products. Your attention to detail and expertise will ensure that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Asssit setting up production and working on a dedicated line
- Producing the correct products in accordance with the production plan.
- Recording all outputs
- Ensuring that quality standards of the finished goods are met and defects are minimised.
- Assist with the movement of finished goods
- Assisting in keeping the factory areas safe, clean and tidy.
- Carrying out daily safety checks on machinery and equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing industry or engineering skills desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a production environment.
