We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Compounder to join our manufacturing team and learn the specialist skills needed to create the unique material blend that forms our “Anglian White” windows.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learn how to prepare and measure precise quantities of powder compounds used in our extrusion machines.
- Accurately measure and weigh powder ingredients.
- Follow detailed production formulas.
- Ensure consistency and quality in every batch.
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe.
- Work closely with the extrusion and production teams.
- Use basic maths skills to calculate quantities and adjustments.

What we offer:
