Join our team and keep us moving! We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Fleet Coordinator to manage our mixed fleet of company cars and the van fleet. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency across our operations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of fleet management, including company cars and our van fleet.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements (MOT, insurance, road tax).
- Schedule servicing, maintenance, and repairs to keep vehicles road-ready.
- Move and clean vans and cars as required.
- Deliver vehicles for inspection or for MOT checks etc.
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports on fleet performance.
- Liaise with drivers, managers, and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
- Implement and enforce fleet policies and driver checks.
