Are you a dynamic and driven leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are a leading national multi-brand manufacturing company, and due to significant growth and investment in our production capabilities, we are seeking experienced Production Team Leaders to join our high-performing team. As a Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team within one of our key manufacturing units. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding results across Safety, People, Quality, Volume, and Cost (SPQVC) metrics, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 17:00 – 04:00, 44 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong, hands-on leadership to your production cell, ensuring daily targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Drive performance through coaching, monitoring, and motivating your team to achieve high standards in quality and output.
- Champion Lean principles and embed a culture of continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with Value Stream Managers to support strategic goals and deliver operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all HSEE (Health, Safety, Environment & Energy) standards and company policies.
