Weâre looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to support the delivery of highâquality, practical learning across our organisation. Working closely with the Talent Development Manager, youâll help design, deliver and coordinate learning solutions that meet business, operational and compliance needs. This is a handsâon role with a strong delivery focus, including regular siteâbased activity within manufacturing and operational environments.
What youâll do
- Support the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of Learning and Development activity
- Design, deliver and evaluate training, including inductions, mandatory training and workshops
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records and reporting
- Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop blended learning solutions
- Coordinate learning events, bookings, materials and attendance
- Promote learning opportunities and drive engagement across the organisation
- Support relationships with external training providers
- Provide flexible support for shiftâbased and siteâbased training delivery
What weâre looking for
- Experience delivering training and/or developing learning content
- Experience using a Learning Management System
- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different business areas
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fastâpaced environment
- Understanding of manufacturing, construction or operational environments (desirable)
