Anglian Home Improvements, Everest and Safestyle are national providers offering a local service and bespoke product offering, all manufactured out of our factory in Norwich, England, U.K.

We are looking to hire a talented Senior Affiliate Executive who will support the delivery and optimisation of the affiliate marketing programme, along with driving lead generation and business growth across multiple brands. This role suits someone who is confident working with data, comfortable managing relationships, and motivated by achieving results. You'll be organised, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our existing Senior Affiliate Executive and Biddable Media Lead.
  • Support management of a closed group of circa 15 affiliates across three brands.
  • Assist with identification and onboarding of new affiliates, providing effective communication and relationship management.
  • Ensure affiliates follow approved promotions, creative guidelines, and compliance rules.
  • Compile and review weekly and monthly performance reports (leads, revenue, cost of sale).
  • Highlight performance trends and share insights with the existing affiliate team.
  • Assist in identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • Coordinate distribution of creative assets, promotional updates, and messaging.
  • Support testing and rollout of new affiliate activity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within an Affiliate / Partnerships environment.
  • Experience across affiliate programs in B2C or lead generation businesses.
  • Recruiting and working with publisher/affiliates.
  • Ideally experience in manufacturing or regulated industries.
  • Ability to contribute to effective budget management and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
