We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our growing Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in HR, recruitment, and people management, while gaining hands-on experience and working towards a recognised CIPD qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with employee records, HR administration, and HR systems
  • Provide support across employee relations, absence management, and HR queries
  • Support HR projects and people-focused initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR data and documentation
  • Assist with HR reporting and compliance tasks
About You
  • Passionate about starting a career in Human Resources / HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
