We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Admin Apprentice to join our growing Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in HR Admin, recruitment, and Human Resources, while gaining hands-on experience and working towards a Level 3 admin qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience in a supportive environment, developing the skills and knowledge needed to build a successful career in HR Admin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee records, HR administration, and HR systems
  • Provide support across employee relations, absence management, and admin queries
  • Support HR admin on a daily basis
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR data and documentation
  • Assist with HR admin reporting and compliance tasks

  • Passionate about starting a career in Human Resources and administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
