Fleet Coordinator – Company Cars & Van Fleet Join our team and keep us moving!
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Fleet Coordinator to manage our mixed fleet of company cars and the van fleet.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency across our operations.
What You'll Do Oversee all aspects of fleet management, including company cars and our van fleet Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements (MOT, insurance, road tax).
Schedule servicing, maintenance, and repairs to keep vehicles road-ready.
Move and clean van and cars as required.
Deliver vehciel for inspection or for MOT checks etc Maintain accurate records and produce reports on fleet performance.
Liaise with drivers, managers, and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
Implement and enforce fleet policies and driver checks.
What We're Looking For Experience in fleet management or a similar coordination role.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of compliance requirements for company cars and commercial vehicles.
IT skills for managing fleet systems and reporting.
