Manufacturing Logistics Operative (FLT) Counterbalance / Side Loader Licence Required Anglian Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Logistics Operative to join our busy day shift team at our manufacturing facility.
Working within our logistics and despatch operation, you'll play a vital role in keeping production moving by ensuring materials and finished products are transported safely and efficiently across site.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FLT operator looking to join a well-established manufacturing business with excellent benefits and long-term career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Operate Counterbalance and Side Loader forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
Transport raw materials and finished products between departments and manufacturing facilities on site.
Move completed goods into despatch areas ready for distribution.
Load outbound vehicles accurately and securely.
Unload incoming deliveries promptly and safely.
Support the wider logistics and manufacturing teams as required.
Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

- Thursday: 6:00am to 3:15pm
Friday: 6:00am to 1:30pm What We're Looking For Previous experience operating a Forklift Truck in a manufacturing, warehouse or logistics environment.
A valid ITSSAR, RTITB or equivalent FLT licence.
Experience operating Counterbalance and/or Side Loader trucks.
A strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
A reliable and proactive approach to work.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer Competitive pay of £13.50 per hour. 42.5 hours per week with regular daytime shifts. 31 days holiday, increasing to 33 days after two years' service.
