You'll be learning directly from experienced engineers, working with real machinery, and gaining a recognised qualification – all while earning and building skills that can set you up for a long-term career.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting machine changeovers – helping swap and set up tooling and dies
- Learning how to safely install, remove, and align equipment
- Assisting with maintenance checks and keeping machines running smoothly
- Playing a key role in keeping production efficient and on track
- Following health & safety guidelines (we'll train you on everything you need)
- Keeping your workspace organised and professional
- Completing your apprenticeship training and developing your knowledge
What We're Looking For:
- Someone practical, hands-on, and keen to learn
- Interest in engineering, mechanics, or how things work
- Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are helpful
- No previous manufacturing experience is needed — we'll provide full training.

- Competitive salary of £14,560 per annum (£8 x 35 hours a week) for the first 12 months of your apprenticeship, increasing to NMW or NLW from 12 months
