Anglian are a leading national, multi-branded company in the window manufacturing industry, currently expanding our production capacity through increased efficiencies. As part of this exciting growth, we are looking for dedicated Foiling Operators to join our dynamic team.

Role Purpose:
As a Foiling Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation and movement of materials through the foiling area, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate the foiling line in accordance with production plans
Produce correctly foiled products to meet quality and specification standards
Record all machine outputs accurately and in a timely manner
Conduct daily safety checks on machinery and equipment
Assist in feeding and offloading materials as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of safety procedures
