Whether you\’re fully trained, semi – skilled or part-trained, we are keen to hear from individuals who are practical, reliable, and ready to contribute to a busy and professional team. We offer a training programme to support semi-skilled or part – trained individuals and those with strong DIY backgrounds. This is designed to help you understand our expectations, safety standards, and installation methods.
About the Role
You will carry out roof trim, fascia, guttering and soffits installations on domestic properties, working independently or as part of a small team. The work involves fitting fascia, soffits, and other roofline components, often at height, and requires a good standard of DIY or trade skills.
Who We\’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who are semi-skilled, part-trained, or experienced in similar trades.
To be considered, you must meet the following essential criteria:
- Clean driving licence (at least one person per team)
- Valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI)
- Own tools and equipment
- Good standard of DIY skills
- Happy to undertake training – to help you understand our expectations, safety standards, and installation methods.
- Positive and professional attitude
Desirable Experience:
- Carpentry or joinery background
- Loft boarding experience
- Roofing experience
- Ability to show examples of previous work
