About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Learning and Development Administrator to support our L&D team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping deliver impactful training and development initiatives across the business within the central HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Development Manager, including scheduling training sessions, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.
  • Maintain accurate training records and databases.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and induction programmes.
  • Prepare training materials and resources.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external providers to support learning activities.
  • Monitor attendance and feedback from training sessions.
  • Support the implementation of digital learning platforms and tools.
