Join our team and keep us moving! We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Fleet Coordinator to manage our mixed fleet of company cars and the van fleet. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency across our operations.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all aspects of fleet management, including company cars and our van fleet.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements (MOT, insurance, road tax).
  • Schedule servicing, maintenance, and repairs to keep vehicles road-ready.
  • Move and clean vans and cars as required.
  • Deliver vehicles for inspection or for MOT checks etc.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce reports on fleet performance.
  • Liaise with drivers, managers, and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
  • Implement and enforce fleet policies and driver checks.
