Are you an experienced Window and Door Engineer who takes pride in their work? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service? Are you someone who wants to get the job done right, first time every time? Do you have previous experience of uPVC installation and maintenance? Our Window and Door Engineers are essential to efficiently & effectively assist our customers with any product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. We will provide all the tools and equipment that you will need to carry out this role including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools. Your duties will include: Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards To demonstrate & explain correct product care to customers Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer Making sure optimum stock levels are maintained to ensure jobs can be effectively resolved and completed Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device You will need: Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification) Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field based role A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week Good time management skills Good communication skills A full driving license What We Offer Competitive basic salary and Performance related bonus Van (for business use only) 31 days holiday, increasing to 33 days after 2 years of service plus have your birthday off Paid time off annually to volunteer Comprehensive health and well-being benefits including cycle to work scheme, 24hr remote access to a doctor, heavily discounted gym memberships and free access to mental health first aiders Heavily discounted group discount scheme on all products Group Perks and freebies on days out, cinema, theatre, eating in and out, mobiles phones, a new car, food shopping and most major high street retailers Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking and supportive team.
