As Patisserie Chef/Baker, you will thrive on taking responsibility, driving standards, delivering consistently, challenging yourself and the things you see around you. Our kitchens are busy places so a level head, great organisation, delivered every time, with a smile, is the key to success. This is a very exciting and flexible role for the right person and is based mainly on the production of quality products.

What's the role?

  • Keep guests safe at all times by ensuring the correct control measures are in place
  • Drive standards and knowledge to create a range of sweet and savoury products for our coffee shop and restaurants
  • Champion your products to exceed our guests' expectations
  • Communicate regularly with our Head of Food around creation of products, quality and consistency
  • Take a lead in the kitchen
  • Build and maintain relationships with our suppliers
  • Communicate positively with the wider team
  • Be a great role model and set the standards for our guests and team
  • Display the ACI values each and every day and work towards our company mission of 'making people happy'
