What’s the role?
- Keep guests safe at all times by ensuring the correct control measures are in place
- Drive standards and knowledge to create a range of sweet and savoury products

- Communicate regularly with our head chef around creation of products, quality and consistency
- Take a lead in the pastry section
- Build and maintain relationships with our suppliers
