Who are you? You thrive on independence and routine while also appreciating the quiet solitude of the night, yet remain ready to engage with guests and handle various requests with a calm and helpful demeanour. You are self-reliant, resourceful, and possess strong organizational skills, able to manage tasks like security checks, guest inquiries, and basic maintenance independently.

What’s the role?

  • Display good verbal, face to face and telephone skills
  • Show an aptitude for customer focus by assisting guests during your shift, offering solutions when needed.
  • Perform security procedures and fire evacuation procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and guests.

Note that this is an overnight position and includes weekends. Shifts are 4 days on, three days off.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide night support and assistance to our guests as and when required.
  • Be onsite safety representative overnight.
  • Setting up, clearing and cleaning areas within the Barn event space, and the Farmhouse to a very high standard.
  • Performing security procedures throughout the evening.
  • Assist with late night check-ins.
