What’s the role?
- Display good verbal, face to face and telephone skills
- Show an aptitude for customer focus by assisting guests during your shift, offering solutions when needed.
- Perform security procedures and fire evacuation procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and guests.
Note that this is an overnight position and includes weekends. Shifts are 4 days on, three days off.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Provide night support and assistance to our guests as and when required.
- Be onsite safety representative overnight.
- Setting up, clearing and cleaning areas within the Barn event space, and the Farmhouse to a very high standard.
- Performing security procedures throughout the evening.
- Assist with late night check-ins.
Driving ACI housekeeping standards in our site front of house.
Taking pride in keeping things clean and safe and in good order.
