Management Pay Breakdown And Shift Patterns

  • Daytime shifts 7am-4pm, evening shifts 4pm-10pm.
  • You will be required to work alternate weekends.
  • £13.90 day, £14.15 evening, £14.40 weekend day, £14.65 weekend evening.

About The Role

As a community care assistant, you will care for adults in their own homes to provide practical, physical, emotional, and social support to service users. This includes supporting customers with personal care tasks, medication, and domestic duties while ensuring dignity and respect are maintained at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • No experience necessary: Full training provided.
  • Driving license: Must have a UK driving license and your own car with business insurance.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable to work a mixture of daytimes, evenings, and alternate weekends.

  • Communication skills: Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
