Are you an experienced Commercial Window Surveyor looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality fenestration solutions for commercial projects.
As a Commercial Window Surveyor, you will be responsible for assessing, measuring, and evaluating commercial window and glazing installations, primarily in the social housing market. Your role will involve conducting site surveys, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and providing accurate reports and recommendations.
- Conduct site surveys and assess existing windows, glazing, and structures.
- Take precise measurements and provide detailed specifications for new installations or replacements.
- Ensure all work meets relevant building regulations and safety standards.
- Input all manufacturing information into our inhouse software systems.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee installation processes when required to ensure quality and compliance.
Proven experience or qualifications in window surveying, glazing, or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial glazing systems and building regulations.
Full UK driving licence.
