About the Role
IT Services are responsible for all aspects of information‑technology support and delivery across our University, providing a first‑class experience to our students, staff and other stakeholders as they pursue their studies and work both on‑campus and beyond. This is your opportunity to join our Digital Workplace Service Team in Writtle, delivering a comprehensive digital‑workplace IT service, including onsite support in offices, teaching spaces, open‑access facilities and other operational spaces. With a degree or relevant professional qualification, you will be proficient in a broad range of common computer hardware and frequently used desktop applications. Previous customer‑service experience is essential, while a familiarity with supporting users in a busy corporate‑scaled network environment would be advantageous.
