The Role
The Student Records Service within the Academic Registry provides a challenging environment for self-motivated individuals seeking to further develop their professional careers. You will be a member of experienced administrators maintaining student records and administering registration and student finance processes. You will also be responsible for the administration of data systems on which staff and students rely.
With a degree or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification, you will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a pressurised environment and demonstrate attention to detail. Familiarity with academic procedures and/or database systems would be an advantage.
