About the Role
Our School of Nursing is part of the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Social Care, and is nationally recognised for innovation in nursing education. Our state-of-the-art simulation suites and strong NHS partnerships provide an exceptional environment for learning, teaching and research.
With a Degree and PhD or Professional Doctorate. The successful candidate will be an NMC Registered Nurse within Mental Health and/or Learning Disability.
We are seeking a Senior Lecturer to join our Mental Health Nursing team. They will be a motivated individual with drive and ambition to build on our established success and further develop our pre-registration mental health nursing provision, for both direct entry and apprenticeship learners. We are particularly interested to hear from applicants with a background in nurse education, clinical teaching of student nurses, and those with experience in curriculum management and leadership.
