About The Role

Are you passionate about education and ready to make a lasting impact? Join ARU’s Schools and Colleges Engagement team within the Corporate Marketing Directorate, as we deliver our local undergraduate student recruitment strategy across the East of England.

We’re recruiting for one field-based officer to cover Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. You’ll work face-to-face in your region and at all ARU campuses to nurture and develop relationships with a portfolio of target schools, colleges and sixth forms. You’ll be highly organised, confident working independently, and feel comfortable managing logistics, using data to demonstrate impact, and working to budgets.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to develop, build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role with regular travel across your region and occasional evening and weekend work. All work-related travel will be reimbursed in line with ARU’s expenses policy.
