About The Role
Based at our East Road campus in Cambridge, this role will provide key administrative support to the academic programmes of schools within the Faculty, ensuring that an excellent student experience is offered at all stages of the student lifecycle at ARU, from Welcome Week through to graduation. Supporting Heads of Schools and working closely with the Faculty Administration Manager, you will have the opportunity to enhance and define the academic processes that underpin student outcomes, demonstrating your commitment to achieving an outstanding contribution to the Faculty’s activity.
With a degree or with significant experience of delivering and refining administrative processes, ideally within an education environment, you’ll be well versed in the interpretation of written policy and procedure and the translation of that understanding into effective delivery. You’ll take a proactive approach, informed by a desire to deliver great results and seeking wherever possible to refine and improve ways of working in order to underpin a continuous improvement in your own, and the Faculty’s effectiveness. You’ll be comfortable supervising the work of others and well-versed in the use of all Microsoft applications to underpin work that will be a blend of in-person and remote interactions.
