About the Role

Join our ambitious and forward-thinking team, working across B2C and B2B marketing to assist Marketing and Business Development colleagues in achieving student growth objectives. You will provide high quality administrative support and develop your marketing skillset across digital marketing, events, campaigns and content development.

Degrees at Work sits within Learning & Development Services and this role is part of the Degrees at Work Marketing Team, which covers Degree Apprenticeships, Distance Learning and Online Continuing Professional Development (CPD). The team is commercially focused with ambitious targets and growth plans, and this role will support marketing and business development colleagues to increase capacity and flexibility to seize opportunities and build on recent growth.

You’ll be detail-driven and able to juggle multiple priorities, with strong IT, organisational and communication skills. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you’ll bring creativity, enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset. If you’re passionate about marketing, enjoy creating engaging content, and want to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, this role offers a great opportunity to grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality administrative support to the Marketing and Business Development team.
  • Assist with marketing activities across digital channels, events, campaigns and content development.
  • Support in developing marketing materials and coordinating campaigns in key strategic growth areas.
  • Contribute to the delivery of marketing and business development initiatives to achieve student growth objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong IT, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team; creative, enthusiastic and customer-focused.
  • Passion for marketing and content creation; desire to develop marketing skills in digital, events, campaigns and CPD contexts.
