About the Role:
As a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Paramedic Science you will bring your clinical and academic experience into teaching, assessment and course development. With a degree or relevant professional qualification, you\’ll have relevant clinical experience and the ability to work co-operatively and as part of a team. We are particularly keen to hear from those with experience of advanced practice, in general practice, critical or urgent care. We are open to other medical/clinical professions with relevant skills and knowledge to support our paramedic learners.
The successful applicant will have a Degree or relevant professional qualification and Extensive post qualification CPD. You will be passionate about development of the profession, and engaging with students as part of active and inclusive learning and assessment. As part of the role, you will receive support towards developing your teaching skills through our PgCert programme. You will work with the course team and our placement providers, to support students and their learning, both in the classroom and in practice. Course delivery will include Cambridge, with cross campus travel to Chelmsford as required.
