About The Role
As a Learning and Development Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we develop our people – driving a bold, digitally enabled learning culture that equips colleagues to thrive now and in the future. This high‑impact role involves designing and delivering innovative learning experiences, partnering with senior leaders, and providing expert consultancy to tackle real organisational challenges. From leadership development programmes and coaching interventions to reimagining performance management and succession planning, you’ll create solutions that are practical, engaging and built for impact. You’ll also contribute to advancing our digital learning offer – using technology and data to enhance capability, track outcomes and continuously improve what we do.
