Overview
We are seeking a Faculty Marketing Officer to join the Corporate Marketing team at Anglia Ruskin University. This role supports marketing communications for the Faculty of Science and Engineering, promoting courses and facilities to prospective students and supporting academics and the faculty\’s reputation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing emails and plan/attend events (e.g., open days, Chelmsford Science Festival).
- Create video content for the ARU virtual experience, website and emails.
- Develop key messages for the courses within the faculty to be used on a range of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Faculty Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to increase the faculty\’s reputation and support undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment.
Qualifications
- Degree or part qualification in a relevant field; professional qualification is beneficial.
- Experience working with groups at various levels (student ambassadors, peers, academics) is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in higher education and opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate study.

- Location: Chelmsford or Cambridge with remote options; travel between Chelmsford, Cambridge or Writtle may be required.
- Salary: £31,236 – £36,636 per year
