About the role: You will be joining our Compliance Team within Asset Management, a key part of our Estates and Facilities Services. As a member of this small team, you will be contributing to maintaining a built environment which ensures a positive student experience. You will assist in delivering a comprehensive service, undertaking assigned compliance related tasks within identified timescales to ensure that Anglia Ruskin University is meeting its statutory compliance responsibilities. These tasks involve careful monitoring and inspection, recording the results clearly and accurately and highlighting significant issues for immediate rectification.
Ideally you will have experience of working within a large multi-site organisation and be a self-motivated, effective team player with a positive βcan-doβ approach. You will use your initiative to effectively evaluate priorities, with the ability to multi-task and complete tasks to deadlines. You will adopt a methodical approach to your work, ensuring that you maintain effective communication with your team members, client users, our wider staff and management. You will have GCSEs in English and Maths and a willingness to undertake appropriate training is essential. You will be expected to work across sites from time to time as required.
