Responsibilities
- Delivery of on pitch sessions with the club, including taster sessions & training.
- Plan sessions to meet the needs of the participants that are progressive and appropriate.
- Read and become familiar with the Coaches Handbook and understand ARU policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a Level 1 or equivalent Football Coaching Qualification.
- Strong communication, motivational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in sports coaching.
- Commitment to inclusivity and student development.
Desirable
- Experience coaching competitive university teams.
- A valid first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
