Leading the Commercial Services division within the Estates & Commercial Services department including ARU Catering, ARU Venues, Residential Services and Sport, with overall responsibility for effective team leadership, quality service delivery, the student experience, commercial growth and financial control. Will be required to deputise for the Estates & Commercial Services Director, as and when required.
Skills & Person Specification
- Ideally with extensive experience within the University commercial sector, with wider commercial sector experience too, in a wide variety of commercial services areas.
- The role requires an effective leader, good at bringing teams together, with a vision for growth, across the service lines.
- Must be an experienced communicator, able to work at all levels, qualified in a relevant degree, ideally with a history of ongoing personal development, and able to be resilient in a fast moving commercial environment.
