About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services and Enquiries Team, supporting prospective students and applicants throughout their journey to ARU. As a Customer Services and Enquiries Assistant, you will be one of the first points of contact for future students, providing high-quality advice and guidance across a range of communication channels, including telephone, email, live chat, social media and digital platforms. Your role will be vital in ensuring that every prospective student receives an excellent experience, helping them make informed decisions about studying at ARU.

Working closely with colleagues across Admissions, Student Recruitment, Information Technology and other university teams, you will contribute to a seamless applicant experience.
The successful candidate will have substantial customer service experience, ideally gained within a contact centre, advisory or customer-facing environment. You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service. Experience of handling complex enquiries, using CRM systems and working confidently with technology will be essential.
We are seeking someone who is proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems and working collaboratively as part of a team that directly contributes to ARU's student recruitment success, we would love to hear from you.
