About The Role
We’re looking for someone to join our course administration team where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the delivery of our courses, ensuring a high-quality experience for students and staff. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, supporting academic processes, contributing to the smooth running of faculty operations and enhancing the student experience through excellent service and communication. You will be working extensively with MS Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Word and Excel.
