About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager (Campaigns) to lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated student recruitment campaigns across the UK and international markets. Working across digital, social, paid media and out-of-home, you will develop insight-led campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, applications and enrolments across undergraduate and postgraduate audiences. Working closely with colleagues across faculties, campuses and external agencies, you will play a pivotal role in supporting ARU's recruitment ambitions and enhancing our competitive position.

You'll have a degree or be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification and will have extensive experience of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns within a complex stakeholder environment, with strong skills in campaign management, data analysis and performance reporting. You'll be confident working with agencies and suppliers, managing budgets, developing compelling marketing content and using customer insight to drive decision-making. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will be able to manage multiple priorities, build effective relationships and deliver measurable results.
