About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a solid administrative background, meticulous approach and exceptional organisation skills, with a solution focused mindset to meet stakeholder requirements. You’ll be able to demonstrate a strong sense of taking the initiative to achieve the requirements of the role. Outstanding interpersonal and diplomatic skills are essential as you will interact with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, providing administrative support to the Faculty’s Executive Team and our strategic priorities within the Dean’s Office Team.
Responsibilities
Managing administrative responsibilities independently and meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. Being flexible and adaptable and able to work effectively with other members of the team. Acting as secretary of various committees.
Qualifications
Educated to degree level or equivalent. IT literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially working with Teams and SharePoint. Commitment to maintain and enhance the high standards of customer care within the Faculty.
