ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Order Packer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position combining both e-commerce fulfilment and larger B2B pallet order preparation. This role includes a private studio apartment located within the warehouse premises, with all bills paid.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- E-Commerce Order Fulfilment (Amazon & Shopify):
- Picking and packing daily online orders
- Ensuring accurate labelling and packaging
- Preparing shipments in line with Amazon and Shopify requirements
- Maintaining organised stock and packing areas
- B2B Palletised Orders:
- Preparing and packing larger wholesale / palletised orders
- Pallet wrapping and securing goods correctly
- Ensuring orders are accurate and ready for dispatch
- Coordinating with dispatch for collection
REQUIREMENTS
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Physically fit (lifting and pallet handling required)
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not essential
ACCOMMODATION INCLUDED
This position comes with a private studio apartment within the warehouse building. All bills included. No council tax. No electricity or utility costs. Available for the employee while working full-time in the role.
