Oadby Plastics is seeking a Production Team Leader to join our Semi Finished department on a permanent, full-time basis. You will lead by example, coach the team, and ensure production runs safely, efficiently and on time across both early and late shifts.
You will manage workloads, coordinate resources, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining accurate production records and collaborating with other departments to meet customer requirements.
