Role: Service Delivery Manager
Duration: 4 Months +
location: Mainly remote – Travel to the office when required. Offices based in Birmingham & London
Rate: £375 per day (Inside IR35)
The Role:
- Review and implement and drive the development of the client’s strategy of growth and diversity.
- Working collaboratively with Head of Programmes and Portfolio ensure that the client response and named activities are fit for purpose.
- Caretake (line manage) and provide leadership to the Community Engagement division working collaboratively with the Head of Community Engagement.
- Working collaboratively with the Head of Community Engagement, continue to develop the Community Grants Programme, ensuring they operate and deliver effectively and that performance is monitored and shared to deliver continuous improvements.
- Work across the organisation establishing comms and engagement and other directorates to ensure there is effective collaboration and delivery.
- Act and lead meetings as part of the senior team including weekly & monthly check ins, attending change & risk boards.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of developing and building strategy
- Line management of hybrid teams in a range of geographical locations
- Experience of matrix and collaborative working
- Be highly articulate and credible, consistently influencing and delivering inspiring, engaging, and meaningful information regarding future direction.
- Work collaboratively with your senior team collectively and individually, accepting and owning ac-countability for the decisions made and offering assistance where required, even where this falls outside of your remit.
- Proactively create, leading by example, a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment.
- Foster strong professional relationships with your peers, respecting their knowledge and view-points whilst critically analysing outcomes to ensure that the service to donors is paramount in decision making.
